After graduating in Economics at La Sapienza University with honors,>he specialized with various courses in the United States on New Multimedia Technologies through numerous internships and internships. He currently holds the role of:

• President and CEO of Secureware;
• Co-director of the ICSA Foundation for the Cybersecurity and CyberIntelligence section;
• Member of the Board of Directors of Afcea International -Rome Chapter
• Member of the Center for Strategic Decision Research Europe/USA
• Member of AIIC Italian Association of Experts in the Protection of Critical Infrastructures
• Federated member of AIAD representing DP
• Member of the Cyber and LI forums at ETSI (European Telecom Standard Institute)
• Member of the Cyber 4.0 Cybersecurity Competence Center promoted by La Sapienza
• Member of the Technical Scientific Committee CESMA Centro Studi Militari Aeronautici
• He collaborates with the magazines Formiche and Airpress

From October 2012 to April 2019, he was Senior Vice President International in AREA Spa. With his working group he develops important experiences on Foreign Governments for country systems for the security of Communications. During this period, he participated in NATO’s digital transformation table and was a lecturer at the NATO school in Oberhammergau and the NATO Center of Excellence in Oradea on the topics of Virtual HUMINT.

From 2008 to 2012 he was Senior Vice President COO of the RESI GROUP, a company specialized in monitoring IP traffic in telco platforms and for mandatory performance and LI systems.

From 2004 to 2007 he was Vice President EMEA of Retentia Inc/Intelligentias Corp, a company specialized in data retention platforms listed on Nasdaq.

From 2002 to 2004 he was Senior Advisor South Europe in Colt Telecom (Carrier’s Carrier operator), founded in the UK and owned by the Fidelity US Fund, in Pan-European fibre optics listed in London and NYC.

From 1998 to 2002 General Manager of Eurnetcity Spa, a company with a majority public (Min.Tesoro) owned by Acea, Telefonica, FIAT for the construction of neutral telehouses for international operators and to enhance owned properties and service galleries and to be able to lay optical fiber.
During this period he is also one of the founders of the Namex Neutral Access Point in Rome which is the neutral point of exchange of telecommunications but above all of internet data exchanges in Rome.
