Graduated in Physics with cybernetics specialization in Naples, he has thirty years of managerial experience in the ICT world working both nationally and internationally. Since 2008 he has been the head of Management Innovation Srl, a company that researches innovative technologies and invests in the initial capital of startups.
He is CEO of Glass to Power SpA, of Crypt Security Srl and president of Sidereus Space Dynamics Srl.
He is full professor of innovation economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the University of International Studies of Rome.
